After several years pass, Ray begins to miss the flavors of his southern childhood, especially the amazing bar-be-que his great grandmother, Classie Jane Griffith would make for the family and neighbors. Ms. Classie, as all her neighbors and friends referred to her by, had an amazing skill set when it came to cooking from scratch and her grilling was no exception.
